Loading the register…

The map is the free layer: organisations only. No personal names and no phone numbers appear on this page — those sit in the paid pack, with the CQC page as the source for each one.

A rating says something is wrong. The report says what.

Three things separate a row in the pack from a line in a change-of-rating digest.

Findings, not just a rating

Each row carries the categories the report actually names, with the sentence it names them in. Items the report says the provider has already dealt with are marked as closed, so you do not walk in offering to fix something that is fixed.

Who to talk to

Every row carries the route to the decision, taken from the public register rather than a switchboard guess.

  • Registered manager and nominated individual, as named on the CQC page
  • Phone number as listed in the CQC directory
  • Company number, so you know which legal entity you are selling to

Fresh every Monday

Publication date and assessment dates are both on the row, so you can see how old the finding is before you pick up the phone. Only new rows each week, and nothing is sent to you twice.

  • Published date and assessment dates side by side
  • New publications only, with a log of what you have had

Three real rows from August's pack.

Read by the pipeline from the published reports and checked quote by quote against the CQC pages. Names of people and phone numbers are held back on this page — they are in the delivered pack.

Pack #0: every poor report published in August 2026.

What one month looks like across England. Each row is one Requires improvement or Inadequate report, read in full, with the findings the inspectors named. Governance is named in almost every report, so it is counted but not used as a filter. Home-care services with fewer than five clients are included here and filtered out of the paid pack.

Publication is the start of the improvement window, not the end of the problem.

24–119 daysThe spread from the last day of assessment to publication. The finding is weeks old before anyone outside the home can read it — which is also why the window to act on it is still open.
41 daysThe median lag. Assessment period and publication date sit on every row, so you decide how fresh is fresh enough — we do not hide the lag behind a single date.
69 of 80August reports that already describe action taken by the provider. Those items are flagged as closed on the row, so the pack does not sell you a solved problem.

Lag measured on 15 reports published 17–31 August 2026, each opened on its live CQC page on 10 September 2026; the action-taken count comes from the 80 August reports in Pack #0 above. Small samples, stated as such.

Home-care services with fewer than five clients are left out by default — the finding is real, the volume is not. Launch prices for the first 20 customers. Both are billed by invoice; there is no card payment on this page.

A person at YORXEN sends the rows within one working day. How we handle your details: see privacy for this site.

Privacy for this site

What we collect: the region, work email, company name and message you type into a form on this page, plus a hashed IP address and browser string for abuse control. Why: to send you the rows or the invoice you asked for and to reply to you about it (legitimate interest in responding to a business enquiry). Where: stored by YORXEN LTD in our own database and mailbox; not sold, not shared with care providers, not used for anything else. How long: 12 months after our last exchange, then deleted. Your rights: email [email protected] to see, correct or delete what we hold, or to tell us to stop. The map shows organisations from the public CQC register only.
